Capoeira for Green Cords

This course is for those who currently hold a "Corda Verde" in Capoeira Superação and wish to continue their training with the goal of receiving their "Corda Amarela". 

Beginner Capoeira Course

This course is for those who students who are new to Capoeira Superação and wish to continue their training with the goal of receiving their "Corda Verde" and officially joining the community of Capoeira.

Intermediate Capoeira

This course is for those who currently hold a "Corda Amarela" in Capoeira Superação and wish to continue their training with the goal of receiving their "Corda Azul". 

Prepare for your Yellow Cord

Prepare for your first "Troca de Corda" where you will change to a corda amarela or intermediate student of Capoeira.

Prepare for your Batizado

This is a course to prepare for your first capoeira. This should be done along with training in class or remotely. You can work at your own pace, and refer back to previous lessons to best prepare. When you complete the course and the minimum number of training hours, you will be eligible to test for your corda. Bom treino!

Weekly Training

Join us each week for a new training video. You can schedule your training to your needs our join us for a group session at the announced time. NOTE: You can self register for this class.

Capoeira Class Attendance
